You will provide day to day professional advice and support to Managers relating to recruitment and selection and produce a range of recruitment and payroll documentation.
Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), you must be flexible and organised with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. You will need to be able to work reliably, managing your own workload, whilst still being a member of a team. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a HR Recruitment environment. IT skills are an essential requirement of this role as the postholder will use a number of HR systems including eESS and Jobtrain.

Induction Standards & Code of Conduct:
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Hours of work are 37 per week. Fixed Term/Secondment for 1 Year.
