We are recruiting for an HR Adviser to join our office team, providing support to the Operations Team.

Key Tasks
1. Entering and updating employment data into the company database
2. Assisting with compliance checks and audits
3. Organising meetings and taking minutes
4. Assisting with policy and document reviews
5. Completing Disclosure and Barring renewal checks
6. Updating employee sickness records and monitoring information, conducting sickness reviews
7. Preparing information for payroll
8. Collate data for reports on HR metrics – eg Sickness and Length of Service
9. Be the first point of contact for employees queries about HR-related issues
10. Participate in HR projects
11. Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding tasks
12. Conduct low level HR disciplinary/grievance investigations and meetings, preparing reports. Support is available from the HR Manager
