You’ll deliver first class customer service each and every time, and ideally you have a background of providing that to a high quality whether that’s inbound, outbound or face to face. Shift Pattern: Full Time: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am-6pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-1pm We are looking for people who: Have a great work ethic Enjoy working as part of a team Are customer service driven Have great communication skills You'll need to be able to attend an assessment centre here in Walsall on 12th December 2024.
