Requirements Higher education computer-related qualification or equivalent industry experience. Solid experience working within an IT team, including project delivery. Strong understanding of networking tools, antivirus, and security applications. Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory. Preferably trained in ITIL or experienced in ITIL-compliant environments.
