Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including organizing recruitment meeting, note taking, documentation, and tracking candidates.
* Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment flow.
* Assist in optimizing recruitment systems and tools to improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with the HR Director to enhance and streamline the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
* Support initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience and employer branding.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for analysis and process improvement.
Requirement:
* Mandarin Speaker
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in recruitment administration or coordination.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
