GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
As the Customer Engagement Advisor, your key responsibilities are:
* Handling and resolving customer enquiries via phone and email
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
* Making sure vulnerable customers receive the level of support and care required to ensure a positive outcome
* Responding to challenging customers and working with them through to resolution
* Administering customers who may qualify for compensation and processing payment
* Where appropriate, attending customer events representing GTC from a Customer Care Team perspective
About you:
* Proven experience within a customer service focused environment containing strict SLAs and deadlines
* Good working knowledge of best practice for complaint handling and investigation
* Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
* Impeccable customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* High attention to detail and good data entry skills
* Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
