Job Title: English and Maths GCSE Outreach Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Wickford Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Deliver high-quality English and Maths GCSE tutoring to students in the East of England. Create engaging lesson plans and learning materials tailored to individual student needs. Provide regular feedback to students and track their progress. Support students in improving their exam skills and confidence in English and Maths. Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development. Required Qualifications: A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience. Demonstrated expertise in English and Maths at the GCSE level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education: A degree in Education or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths at the GCSE level. Knowledge and Skills: Deep understanding of the English and Maths GCSE curriculum. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds. Additional certifications in education or related fields. Working Conditions: Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling. Work primarily in educational institutions or community centres or learners homes.
