Overall purpose of the job
To support the Manager in the control of the store operating costs, stock replenishment and staff, at all times working towards maximising store profitability and productivity whilst protecting Company property, stocks and moneys.
To manage or assist in the management of staff of a store so that collectively all objectives and store targets are achieved.
Duties include
* To train, and manage the performance and to motivate the staff to the requirements of the Company, so that all the Business Objectives are achieved.
* At all times be responsible for the Company property, stock and money and take corrective action where necessary without putting yourself/customers or other members of staff at risk.
* Your role will cover a number of duties including providing exceptional customer service, stock replenishment, cash handling whilst ensuring that met in line with the Company standards.
* To ensure that Company banking procedures are adhered to at all times.

The successful applicant will be hardworking, enjoy working in a retail environment and expected to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Package
* 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) per calendar year (pro rata for part time employees).
* The company operates a pension scheme with NEST.
