The Novotel Milton Keynes hotel is a modern 3-star hotel situated just outside the city centre. Check in and relax at family-friendly setting in a quiet location on the edge of Stanton Wood, which is just a four-minute drive from town. Conveniently located, the hotel is 25 minutes drive from the Silverstone race track. There is also good access to the M1, and Milton Keynes Central train station is 4 km away.

Serves guests (prepares the dining room, provides waiter service and clears away) in the point of sale, in line with the F&B concept (restaurant, meeting room, breakfast, bar or patio). Provides a high standard of service both in terms of welcome and waiter service.
Duties
Responsible for the efficient operation and high quality service of Hotels bar outlets.
Supervise and support employees to ensure standard of procedures are observed and to provide a consistently high level of service to all customers on a shift basis.
Maintain product knowledge of all drinks, snack and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests. Use every opportunity to maximize sales.
Serve beverage items with flair and professionalism according to company standards.
Ensure all service areas and equipment are kept clean and organized.
Ensure revenue for the shift is accurately accounted for, with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
To develop a complete understanding of the overall night operations of Hotels Restaurants and work closely with the PM Shift Leader to ensure smooth and efficient service of Hotels Dinner guests.
Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
Maintain currency of RSA certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles.
