Provide specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). 2. Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities. 3. Deliver tailored lessons in line with the national curriculum, focusing on SEN requirements. 4. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary. 5. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment. Required Qualifications: 1. Recognised teaching qualification. 2. Experience working with SEN students. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching SEN students. Knowledge and Skills: 1. Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs. 4. Knowledge of the national curriculum and SEN regulations. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Additional training or certification in Special Educational Needs. 2. Experience working in a similar role within a school setting. Working Conditions: 1. Part-Time hours, flexible schedule. 2. Classroom and one-on-one teaching environments. 3.
