What experience youll need Previous experience in a design role within an agency. Experienced instrategic brand creationgbeyond logo design. Good digital capability, able to create work that excels in digital just as much as offline. A portfolio that showcases your design craft and thinking, with clear evidence of strategic input on projects. Competent with contemporary design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite. A great communicator, collaborative and able to share and take feedback in a positive way. Any experience in motion graphics and illustration beneficial but not necessarily required.
