About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced Surveyor to join a large housing provider in Yeovil. Youll play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe, well:maintained, and that our residents feel supported. Working across Hampshire, Berkshire, Somerset, Devon, and Dorset, youll handle property surveys and customer support with a proactive, service:oriented approach.
Salary: Up to GBP46,200 + Company Vehicle
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Yeovil

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct inspections and surveys to identify maintenance issues, including damp, mould, and structural concerns.
* Manage a caseload of responsive repairs, ensuring quality work and timely completion.
* Coordinate with contractors, residents, and stakeholders to minimize disruption.
* Prepare reports, schedules, and specifications for repair work, maintaining budget and cost efficiency.
* Continuously seek improvement opportunities to enhance housing services.
Requirements:
* Degree or HND/HNC in Building Surveying or related field
* Strong people skills and a commitment to quality
* A motivated and enthusiastic individual, who can work under pressure and prioritise
workloads to deliver an outstanding service to the partnered departments
* Experience in building maintenance or building surveying
