Location: Sue Ryder Charity shop, 14 North St, Sudbury CO10 1RB
Hours: 7.5 Hours per week over 7 days
Salary: £11.59 per hour + rewards & Benefit Scheme

Role Overview:
As our new Shop Supervisor, you will assist and support our Shop Manager to run our Sudbury shop and contribute to the work we do across Sue Ryder. You will have retail experience with the commercial awareness to deliver sales, a positive attitude, and good judgment. Proven team leadership skills and the ability to engage with people are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Use your skills and retail experience to help drive business, push sales, and achieve targets.
2. Lead a team to deliver great customer service to our donors and customers.
3. Work with the local community to generate sufficient donated stock to drive sales.
4. Recruit, train & retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance.
5. Set high standards of merchandising and housekeeping, prioritizing health and safety.
6. Manage effective stock processes to ensure your shop is well merchandised with fresh, seasonal stock.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in-store campaigns.
8. Manage an effective stock process through the Epos operation.
