Principal People are excited to be partnered with a well-established and rapidly growing Health and Safety Consultancy, who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team and this will be a remote based position with very little travel required.
This role will pay the successful candidate a base salary of £40-50k + commission/bonus structure + Package.
The organisation we are partnering with are a well-established and successful health and safety consultancy who pride themselves on their service delivery to clients.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be joining at an exciting time for this business and their future growth plans.
They are looking for a personable strong communicator who can utilise there business development and sales experience to develop warm leads to sales through their well structured sales processes.
The ideal Business Development Manager will have the following:
Proven experience within Business Development / Sales based roles
Ideally hold an understanding and knowledge of health and safety
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be happy to work a remote based position
