Customer Care Advisor
Location: Clacton-on-Sea
Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 9am - 5:30pm (37.5hrs) - 1 hr unpaid lunch break
Type: Temporary, Full Time (6-8 weeks with potential to be extended)
Salary: £11.44 - £12 per hour + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' customers receive outstanding support and assistance. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, providing real-time assistance, and resolving customer inquiries.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, and familiarity with chat bots and live chat platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email correspondence.
3. Handle customer refunds in accordance with company policies.
4. Engage with customers via live chat to provide real-time assistance.
5. Collaborate with chat bots to streamline customer support processes.
6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
3. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
4. Familiarity with chat bots and live chat platforms is advantageous.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work one Saturday shift per month.
