They are a medical technology manufacturer located in the heart of Europe, on the Swiss shore of Lake Constance in Tgerwilen, and they develop innovative shock wave systems and shock wave devices of the highest precision. Our client is the leading supplier for extracorporeal shock waves lithotripsy systems in the UK. Key responsibilties: Maintenance and service of Lithotripter, X-ray and ultrasound systems. Installation of new systems / decommissioning of old systems. Provision of comprehensive clinical application training to urologists and clinical staff. Maintain frequent communication with all customers. Work directly with customers, hospital operating room staff, clinical engineers and area sales managers on the sales and implementation of equipment. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Follow proper workflow management on all relevant procedures such as computer work, paperwork, and documentation submission in a correct and timely manner. Update staff and company on all patient incidents by phone and email for proper investigation. Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the job and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.
