A global POS payments business is looking to build out their Lead Generation function in London and has a brand new role they are looking to recruit. Initially, you will be very hands-on; however, you will also be responsible for building a high-performing team within 6-12 months.
The business is looking for people experienced with push lead generation, specifically those who have experience using Cognism, Lusha, Apollo.io, and/or Google Map Extractor to scrape, filter, and enrich databases for the Sales team. Ideally, you would have experience using a couple of these tools together.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to meet company revenue goals.
2. Utilize advanced tools and platforms (e.g., Cognism, Lusha, Apollo.io, Google Map Extractor) to scrape, filter, and enrich data for targeted lead lists.
3. Ensure the provided data is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with sales team requirements.
4. Stay updated with best practices in data sourcing and enrichment to keep the sales team equipped with optimal lead lists.
5. Plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns and nurture them through the funnel.
6. Work with the content and design team to create compelling ads and email marketing campaigns.
7. Manage A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost per lead.
8. Collaborate with the sales teams to optimize lead scoring models and MQLs.
9. Use CRM and Marketing Automation tools to track lead behavior and optimize targeting strategies.
Experience
1. 5+ years of experience in a lead generation role, with a strong track record of delivering success.
2. Experience in Fintech, Payments, or SaaS.
3. Experience running lead generation tactics across multiple channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and SEO.
4. Experience working with multiple automation platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
5. Experience working closely with sales teams to optimize the lead generation process.
