Job Title : Pharmacy Technician Banding: Band 4/5 Location : Worksop, Nottinghamshire Start: ASAP Duration : 1 month with the potential to extend Rate : £ 15 - £ 21 per hour Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our client's team in Worksop. This role, suitable for either Band 4 or Band 5, involves providing essential pharmaceutical services to support patient care. What will your responsibilities be : The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the pharmacy team. Duties include preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate patient records. The technician will also assist with medication reconciliation, provide advice on medication usage, and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards are essential for ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical services. Qualifications and Experiences: Relevant qualifications in pharmacy technology Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably within a hospital Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of pharmacy health and safety protocols Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Commitment to continuous professional development How to apply?
