A bit about the job: This role supports the Hospital Lead in negotiating and contracting with Key Hospital Providers, ensuring optimal delivery, quality, and value for our customers and business. You'll manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and seek service development opportunities for a portfolio of hospitals, including key hospital groups. Additionally, you'll drive strategic initiatives, manage a high-performing team, and improve ongoing relationships with hospital providers. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong negotiating skills and ability to hold clear but constructive discussions with Key Hospital Providers that deliver the best outcomes for the business and its customers. Knowledge of sourcing and supplier relationship management processes and frameworks including the commercial performance management of contracts Experience of contract negotiation Evidence of developing strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external Hospital Providers Strong experience of the private medical insurance market and a strong understanding of the UK Health system.
