We are recruiting for fun, passionate, but dedicated temporary Child Support workers to work in the following area: Stratford The Children’s Support Workers role will involve working with some of the UKs most vulnerable children suffering from emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD), you will need the ability to attend to their practical, physical and emotional needs and act as an appropriate role model and to work closely with them to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential. To provide a caring, supportive and nurturing environment in which children/young people can feel secure and free from harm. Establishing positive relationships with young people and always offering them unconditional and positive regard. Helping young people gain self-control by challenging unacceptable behavior and rewarding acceptable, pro-social conduct.
