Job Title: Finance Manager
Tudor Employment Agency is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for our prestigious client based in Cannock.
The ideal candidate would be ACCA or ICAEW qualified, but this is not essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Filing relevant returns with HMRC for VAT and Monthly Intrastat returns
* Producing monthly management accounts and generating relevant reports using Autopart
* Participating actively in the financial management of the company
* Preparing quarterly VAT returns
* Authorising internet banking payments to suppliers
* Overseeing PayPal & Sage Pay reconciliation and initiating payments
* Maintaining, administering, and paying the company pension scheme
* Producing P11D data
* Handling utility company pricing
* Managing company insurances
* Liaising with auditors
* Collecting and banking cash & cheques
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* Proficiency with various accounting software and stock programs
* Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and ability to work with in-house bespoke software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
