We are looking for a front-line Regional Sales Manager, Export Sales Manager, someone who can hunt and develop business in technical equipment sales into operating theatres and international distributors. This would be a great opportunity for a technical/engineering graduate with sales experience to break into international/global sales.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with heavy investment plans, a great product range, an autonomous culture and none of the corporate red tape that typically comes with it!
They are a Queens Export award winner and have recently opened in numerous international locations to aid their ambitious expansion plans - they have increased turnover by 50% over a couple of years and have ambitious growth plans. You will play a pivotal role in growing sales in your region [EMEA], the products you will be selling are world-class and renowned for their innovation, reliability, and quality. You will be working for a major British manufacturing company; you will be delivering business development plans into EMEA and the rest of the world. This will involve managing their main distributor network in EMEA, through hard work and determination you will earn outstanding bonuses and get full technical support from this leading and talented British North of England based manufacturing business. You will manage, support, and encourage their EMEA distribution partners, this will include international travel assisting resellers to close big ticket capital sales into major operating theatres across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
A privately-owned manufacturer and solutions provider within the medical manufacturing industry. Their product range is diverse, ranging from power supplies to operating theatre lighting and complete integrated operating theatre solutions.

The Candidate:
1. Proven track record in technical sales
2. Positive / enthusiastic can-do attitude
3. Opportunity for a technical/engineering graduate with sales experience to break into international sales.
4. Medical Industry expertise advantageous
5. International sales experience desirable but not essential
6. Technically competent engineering qualification/experience
7. Complex negotiation with multiple stakeholders
8. Strong customer focus with a passion to ensure that specifier and customer needs are met on time and right first time.
9. Develop positive relationships with customers and distributors based upon credibility and mutual respect.
10. An understanding of buyer trends and procurement channels.
11. Able to work autonomously and remotely.
12. Dynamic, polished, professional can-do attitude is key
