Responsibilities:
1. Assist conveyancing attorneys with scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining efficient workflow.
2. Draft, proofread, and file legal documents.
3. Liaise with clients and provide case updates.
4. Prepare court filings and manage deadlines.
5. Coordinate meetings and hearings.
6. Support billing and timekeeping.
7. Maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in conveyancing (Residential or Commercial).
2. Familiarity with Southampton's legal system.
3. Strong communication, organisational, and tech skills.
4. Friendly demeanour for reception duties.
