Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative and fast-paced environment where you'll gain hands-on experience with CNC machinery and be involved in producing innovative retail display solutions. You will work closely with our design and production teams to bring custom designs to life. Key Responsibilities : Operate CNC machines (routers, lasers, etc.) to cut, shape, and mill materials such as wood, acrylics, and metals for custom retail displays. Interpret technical drawings, CAD designs, and instructions to ensure precision and accuracy in production. Assist in setting up and preparing CNC machines, including loading materials and inputting specifications into software. Monitor and maintain CNC machinery, identifying and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues when they arise. Collaborate with design, production, and assembly teams to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines during operation and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and company standards. Skills & Experience : Basic knowledge of CNC machinery operation or a strong interest in learning CNC skills (training will be provided). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD files. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn CNC software (AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar). Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues. Qualifications : No prior CNC experience required, but a background in design, engineering, or carpentry is a plus. Technical or vocational training in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
