Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic SEO Manager with a passion for optimising online visibility and enhancing search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of SEO principles, and a proactive approach to staying on top of industry trends. You’ll be comfortable developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive traffic, boost engagement, and improve conversions. Ideally with 6 to 9 years of experience, and really looking to own the SEO strategy across our websites.

Responsibilities will include
* SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase visibility across target markets.
* Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct extensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and prioritise keyword targets.
* On-Page & Technical SEO: Optimise on-page elements (e.g., title tags, meta descriptions, URL structures) and ensure website structure, navigation, and content are aligned with SEO best practices.
* Content Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-optimised content strategies that align with business goals and target audience interests.
* Link-Building: Develop and implement white-hat link-building strategies to increase website authority and drive high-quality backlinks.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on SEO performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software to measure and analyse key metrics.
* Algorithm Updates & Industry Trends: Stay informed of the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
* Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure SEO is integrated across all digital initiatives.

Technical Skills
* SEO Expertise: Proven knowledge of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices, with a history of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
* Analytics Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to gather insights and track progress.
* Keyword Research & On-Page SEO: Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
* Technical SEO Knowledge: Understanding of technical SEO elements, including site architecture, crawlability, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
* Content Optimization: Experience collaborating with content teams to create SEO-friendly content and a strong sense of SEO content strategy.
