Day-to-day of the role: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to pupils within KS1 or KS2. Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within the class. Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encourage good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work and homework. Evaluate and assess the progress of pupils and provide regular feedback to ensure their success. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster an inclusive and supportive school environment. Participate in and organise extracurricular activities, such as outings, social activities and sporting events. Continuously update personal professional development and participate in staff training sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience as a Class Teacher in KS1 or KS2. Strong understanding of the current curriculum and educational practices. Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
