Helping people and businesses fundraise for Strathcarron Hospice, to help make every moment count for families across Forth Valley, Cumbernauld &…
Are you someone who is digitally minded and systems focused who can lead a small team to meet business priorities? Do you want to work in a role knowing your skills will ultimately have an impact on the lives of others? Are you motivated by providing the highest level of service to the supporters of our Hospice?
If you can answer ‘yes’ to these questions, we have a brilliant opportunity to work in the Charitable sector as a Fundraising Administration Team Leader within our Fundraising Team. Being part of a successful and supportive team, you will be responsible for managing the workload of the Team ensuring income is processed to reach our bank account, working closely with colleagues in the Finance and IT Teams. Donors are at the heart of everything we do in the Team and we work to ensure they receive the best possible service, whilst always striving for continuous improvement. It's a complex role well suited to someone who thrives on working to deadlines, is a natural problem solver with a critical eye, and has a thirst for knowledge around process and procedure.
As a Charity, our need to raise money is critical for service delivery, and this role is instrumental in supporting the processing of the funds we raise in new and innovative ways. This office-based role will give you the opportunity to work alongside committed colleagues and volunteers whilst being in the privileged position of being part of the much wider Hospice Team.
You will be supported in your role to be the best you can be whilst taking pride in working for an organisation which makes a very real impact.
