The CRM Finance Team is responsible for overseeing the processing and reconciliation of various income streams including membership and donation payments. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the team on a daily basis offering guidance, training, and support. You will also assist and deputise for the CRM Finance Manager when required.
You will have experience of finance management, especially for accounts receivable, with good knowledge of income reconciliation, month-end journals, and balance sheet/control account reconciliations.
We are also looking for someone with experience of planning and implementing process improvements. This could be your first step up from a supervisory role to managerial, but you must be willing to work in a small busy team with set tasks and business-critical responsibilities.
If you have experience of BACS Direct Debit collections and Gift Aid, this would be a bonus, but you must be willing to undertake training in these areas as they are crucial to the role.
You will work closely with other teams and departments to ensure service delivery and quality.
This is a hybrid role with a flexible approach. You will be working from the Swindon office, where the CRM Finance Team is based, and from home.
Interview date to be confirmed.
