A market-leading Facilities Management niche specialist services provider is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join its growing team. This 40-year-old business has grown significantly over the last decade and consistently exceeds its annual targets. They are now looking to expand further.
The salary range depends on experience but will be approximately £40,000 - £45,000, plus a car package and an uncapped OTE, with team members earning on average an additional £20,000 - £30,000 annually. Your territory will include Newcastle, the North East, and all of Scotland.
The organization works extensively across the UK with both FM providers and end users, offering services in Hard and Soft FM, including commercial cleaning, fire safety systems, building access solutions, glazing, and building maintenance. Their client list features notable companies such as Mitie, CBRE, HSBC, Tesco, Pizza Hut, NHS, Engie, Sainsbury's, Sodexo, B&Q, Rolls Royce, and Marks and Spencer.
Your responsibilities will include building relationships with decision-makers like Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, Health and Safety Managers, Procurement Managers, Compliance Managers, and Directors. You should be a natural hunter of new business, excellent at influencing, negotiating, and rapport-building, and highly target-driven. You will thrive in a business that values excellence and teamwork.
This role is home-based, covering a regional area. Experience in selling products or services to the decision-makers mentioned above is essential, as is a proven track record in new business development and account management.
