To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to be based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide on-site, hands-on client support of KARL STORZ's medical devices (including endoscopes, instruments and video equipment) for the role's assigned clients within a hospital or surgical facility. This role will be primarily working in with the client's Operating Department and associated clinical areas.
The Onsite Endoscopic Specialist will improve quality by ensuring KARL STORZ equipment is always available and fully functional, facilitate training to all levels of staff as required. Implementation of quality improvements and continuously assure the highest standards are maintained in all aspects of KARL STORZ services.
Qualifications, skills and experience must include:
* Healthcare or Technical qualification or experience desirable
* Strong customer service skills
* Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
About You:
* Experience of working in a hospital setting is not essential, but you should have demonstrated success in working in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment.
* As a full & structured training program will be provided, experience with endoscopic equipment is not necessary, but experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage.
* A healthcare or technical qualification or relevant experience would be desirable, however we would also consider applications from recent Graduates with a relevant science or medical degree.
