Medical Reception /Admin Support Hours – 18 per week over 2 days: Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am – 5pm We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible person to join our team at Bellyeoman Surgery. The successful candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, a patient-focused telephone manner, a sound knowledge of IT and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential. Experience in general practice is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. The candidate will undertake admin duties, providing assistance to all members of the practice team. Core Duties Include Processing patient enquiries efficiently and courteously. Managing telephone calls professionally and appropriately. Greeting and assisting patients. Handling sensitive information confidentially. Communicating effectively with colleagues. Undertaking various admin duties essential for the smooth running of the practice.
