What you'll be doing
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pricing and Strategy Analyst to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Performance. You will have a background in complex Excel modelling, SQL, and dynamic pricing strategies. Your role will involve analysing market trends, developing pricing models, and implementing strategic pricing initiatives to optimize revenue. You will partner with key stakeholders across Future to help deliver a step-change in our subscriptions pricing strategy and analysis.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Finance or Economics).
2. 2+ years of experience working in a subscription-based business or in a management / financial consulting role with a focus on pricing.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
4. Experience with dynamic pricing models and strategies.
5. Commercially minded with an understanding of market dynamics and the organisation’s broader commercial and strategic goals.
6. An acute understanding of subscription dynamics (e.g., customer acquisition and retention, churn analysis, lifetime value calculation).
7. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
8. Perform predictive analysis and modelling to assist in determining the impact of proposed scenarios.
What's in it for you
