Our client is currently seeking a dynamic salesperson reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing. As a crucial contributor to the team, you will work towards developing lasting, profitable relationships. Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify new leads and take appropriate action.
* Work towards and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets while maximizing profitability.
* Contribute to ensuring the sales process runs efficiently and is cost-effective.
* Maintain accurate record-keeping using the company CRM (InfusionSoft).
* Provide accurate sales reporting as required by the business.
* Contribute to finding new photographers as required.
* Ensure adherence to sales standards and meet SMART objectives.
* Plan and perform sales presentations to prospects when appropriate.
* Fully commit to the company’s mission, culture, rules, and regulations.
* Commit to constant learning and development of sales techniques.
* Attend any training courses related to the position when required.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous work experience in Sales, preferably telephone sales.
* Consistently hitting KPI’s and Targets, commission-focused.
* Excellent communication skills and a Natural influencer.
* Previous experience with CRM’s.
* Outstanding level of customer service.
* Demonstrable experience in time management, task prioritisation and working to deadlines.
Additional Information:
* Remote working.
* 9 AM – 5:30 PM.
* 20 days holidays.
* Pension contributions.
