We’re hiring full-time Customer Service Advisors in our Homes Direct Servicing team in Thornaby with a starting package of £X, which includes a base salary of £X, additional benefits, and a discretionary performance bonus.

In this role, you’ll bring energy and warmth to customer interactions, assisting with mortgage and loan queries, supporting digital engagement, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer and third-party mortgage or loan queries via phone and live chat.
* Promote digital channels for customer interaction.
* Identify vulnerabilities and detect potential fraud.
* Accurately gather information to resolve queries at first contact.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong computer and numeracy skills, able to navigate multiple systems.
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
Preferred:
* Attention to detail and adherence to policies and standards.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Additional Information:
Full-time roles, Monday-Friday and Saturdays with time off in lieu. Training provided on-site for several weeks, with options for flexible and remote working after training. Role based in Teesside with at least two days per month in the office. Free on-site parking available.
