Your new role
We are seeking a Property Compliance Assistant to join our team for a role based in the North West.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day admin, helpdesk and coordination support to the property compliance team
2. Use the in-house CAFM system to ensure all compliance processes are followed and documented correctly
3. Schedule the PPM programme across the estates
4. Support the in-house helpdesk function with reactive maintenance calls
5. Liaise with engineers and sub-contractors performing work across the estates
What you'll need to succeed
Skills and Experience:
1. Good organisational skills
2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
3. Excellent customer service
4. Accuracy and attention to detail
5. IT skills
6. Experience on CAFM systems, Excel and Microsoft Teams (Desired)
