* With the support of your Majesticare team, you’ll work closely with residents, families, friends & carers to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional, person-centred care.
* Ensuring a caring, safe & welcoming environment with a consistently high standard of personal nursing care is of utmost importance to you.
* Combining your supervisory experience with a natural kindness, you'll know just how to manage your teams to motivate and inspire them to be their very best at work.
* Your dedication to always delivering outstanding care is reflected in your past experience in care planning and risk assessments.
* A sound understanding of NMC medication guidelines, complete with a strong knowledge in the theory and practice of medication management is a must.
* You'll already have or be working towards your NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Being highly organised, you'll always be someone who sees even the smallest of details.
