HR Business Partner
Location: Mid Kent
Permanent full-time role – 37 hours
Hybrid – following successful probation
An opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join our client, a global, market-leading manufacturing business in Mid Kent. This role acts as a strategic partner to employees, providing HR knowledge to support the business’ objectives.
Duties include:
1. Act as a credible advisor to management on all HR matters.
2. Complex ER management to include disciplinaries, grievances etc.
3. Encouragement of a positive employee experience.
4. Resolving workplace conflict, conducting thorough investigations and providing guidance.
5. Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Providing managers with training on employment law.
7. Assisting with organisational changes to include restructures.
8. Identifying trends from HR metrics and making recommendations.
9. Design, lead and execute recruitment campaigns.
10. Oversee and support wellbeing campaigns.
11. Responsible for leading HR projects.
12. Ensuring UK laws and regulations are followed at all times.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
1. Proven experience within a HR similar role – with a strong focus on employee relations.
2. Strong understanding of UK employment law.
3. A level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
4. Familiar with Workday.
5. A strategic thinker.
6. The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and capable of building strong working relationships.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Adaptable.
9. Excellent time management skills.
10. Resilient.
