The role: Violet Way Academy are looking for a caring, enthusiastic person to work as part of a team to supervise the children during lunchtime. You should enjoy being with children, relate well to adults, act responsibly, respond quickly to situations and have the ability to remain calm. The role will include supporting pupils mainly during lunchtime in the dining hall but could also include play activities. The role requires a positive, calm approach, promoting positive pupil behaviour, assisting with table manners, administering basic first aid, the setting up and clearing away of dining room equipment such as chairs and tables.
