Operations Manager – Leeds\n\nSalary - £60-75k\n\nWorking Hours – Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week\n\nOperations Manager - TXM Recruit is currently looking for capable Operations Manager to oversee a property service branch in Leeds. The Operations Manager MUST have social housing experience due to all contracts being of this nature.\n\nOperations Manager duties will consist of –\n\n * Understanding and overseeing the company’s business strategy, targets, processes, procedures, forecasting, growth, development and more.\n\n * Managing all staff that reports to this branch\n\n * Overseeing site inspections, audits, improvement plans, accident/incident inspections, training etc\n\n * Develop a subcontract supply chain to support contract delivery and ensure effective site reporting and constructive Branch meetings are held.\n\n * Customer and client relationship building\n\nThe salary for this role is between £60-75k (DOE), along with offering a car allowance/company car, bonus (between 5-20%), company pension and more.\n\nTo be successful you must have –\n\n * MUST have employed experience in this type of role\n\n * MUST have social housing experience\n\n * Must be able to manage a large team\n\n * Need to have a good understanding over planned, project work\n\nIf you are an Operations Manager a new role, apply now or call Elle-Mae Ball at TXM.\n\nTXM Recruit is an equal opportunities employer.
