A field-based territory sales role inheriting an established and well performing area. Promoting an industry leading range of bricks and masonry products in to a portfolio of national and regional house builders across the South West.
Package: £48k-£50k basic with a £19k bonus scheme, £7k car allowance and an excellent corporate benefits package that includes a share save scheme and pension contributions matched to 10%
Territory: South West - Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon, Somerset and Gloucestershire

The Role – Business Development Manager:
* You will inherit an established and well performing area from a BDM who has recently been promoted into a key accounts role
* You will be tracking new developments, increasing market share and securing specifications for an industry leading range of Bricks, Brick Components, Walling Stone and Cast Stone
* Working at regional office level with a portfolio national and regional house builders
* There will be circa 25 regional offices to track projects from, all direct accounts with national agreements in place
* You will also look for cross-selling opportunities, to introduce colleagues from other divisions and group companies
