Site Manager (Short-Term Project)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term project involving minor partitioning works in an existing boardroom. The scope includes creating a TV screen wall, flooring and lighting replacements, decoration, and small power/data modifications.
Project Duration: 2 weeks initially
Start Date: Tuesday, 22nd April
Completion Target: Friday, 2nd May
Key Responsibilities:
Site preparation and protection
Induction and management of subcontractors
Managing incoming deliveries
Liaising with building management
Overseeing construction works
Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met
Attending weekly site meetings with the client and project manager
Providing general assistance to subcontractors and ensuring the site remains clean and organised
Requirements:
Previous experience in site supervision for commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth project execution
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
SMSTS or SSSTS
