Who we’re looking for: So you might have seen Omaze on TV. Almost certainly on Instagram… Not to put too fine a point on it, but Omaze spends a lot of money on marketing, and the performance of that spend is absolutely key to our future growth. We are looking for a superstar marketing analyst to turbocharge our marketing performance, making sure that our decisions are fully data driven and that our marketing function is ready for Omaze’s next growth phase What you’ll do: Be the right-hand-person of our marketing team and channel managers, ensuring that they have an intuitive understanding of channel performance, and that the decisions they make are data driven Dig into unstructured data to find insights about our marketing performance - who responds well to what, and where? Help us take our understanding of spend efficacy to the next level, through, for example, the implementation of Marketing Mix Modelling Design, launch, and analyse creative and geo tests to help us understand the impact of organic / brand based marketing activities Build out reporting, and help to define and set up the data pipelines that will facilitate this Our ideal candidate has: 4 years of marketing analytics experience at a high growth company, with specific experience working with marketing teams Experience of working with marketing data, and fluency with standard marketing metrics An ability to break down a high level problem into constituent parts Fluency in SQL, and the ability to query and transform large volumes (billions of rows) of data (we use Snowflake) Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, and the ability to create highly accessible, digestible visualisations and dashboards Experience with mar-sci methods such as MMM is a bonus Working knowledge of ELT / data modelling tools such as dbt is a bonus What to Expect: 30 days annual leave ( bank holidays) Private medical and dental insurance 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2% Individual learning and development budgets Enhanced family leave policies Life assurance of 4x your salary Group income protection Critical illness cover We actively seek out diversity of thought and experience to drive innovation.
