Our registered nurses & paramedics are one of our biggest assets. As part of a small team, your role will include client consultations, medical history taking, and advising on appropriate products. You will be performing regular cannulation, mixing, and administering IV drips and IM injections. You’ll have an on-call CMO to support you.
Primary Responsibilities:
Clinical Skills
1. Peripheral Cannulation
2. Mixing IV infusion bags
3. Administering intravenous infusions
4. Medical history taking and assessment
5. Accurately monitor and record medical observations
6. Maintain Infection Control standards
7. Mandatory Training
8. Performing Audits
9. Work inline with the NMC Code of Conduct
10. CQC compliant
11. Liaise with the on-call Chief Medical Adviser when appropriate
Customer Service
1. Providing client-focused consultations, promoting products and services to clients, often tailored to their individual needs
2. A high standard of professionalism and behaviour is maintained at all times
3. Maintain extensive Product Knowledge
4. Encourage Google reviews and maximise client retention through providing a memorable experience
5. Utilise exceptional customer service skills to upsell products and services to hit KPIs
Operational
1. Be able to work towards and achieve set clinic KPI’s
2. Manage efficient daily running of appointments
3. Responsible for ensuring you operate within Company policies and procedures
4. To assist in stock control and ordering
5. Discuss and talk with confidence to our clients about our treatments and products, upselling products when applicable
6. Engage in cross-team working, sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources to help maintain a first-class team
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst offering exceptional client care at all times

As a Wellness Clinic Nurse / Paramedic specializing in IV Vitamins, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care and IV therapy services. Reporting to the clinic manager, your core skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and aseptic techniques will ensure safe and effective treatments. Qualifications:
* Valid nursing or paramedic license
* Proficient in basic life support and patient care
* Experience with IV therapy and medication administration
* Proficient in IV cannulation necessary
* Ability to perform consultation and assessments
* Excellent customer service skills
* Critical care or hospital experience preferred
* Confident to work alone
