Salary: £44,805 - £52,710 per annum
Location: Hybrid/Borehamwood
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until March 2026
Clarion Futures is one of 10 housing associations awarded a Learning and Work Institute grant to deliver a Jobs Plus pilot, aiming to improve employment outcomes in deprived communities. The programme provides a range of support services under one roof, including housing, employment, health, skills, digital and financial inclusion.
We're seeking a creative leader to spearhead our DWP funded Jobs Plus Programme until 2026. As the Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to inspire and motivate a dedicated team of professionals towards a common goal of delivering exceptional service to our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
