What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting Teaching & Learning – Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons. Leading the Classroom – Deliver pre-planned lessons during PPA cover or teacher absences. Providing Individual Support – Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to help them progress. Tracking Progress – Monitor student achievements, offering encouragement and feedback. Creating a Positive Environment – Help manage the classroom and promote a supportive learning space. What We’re Looking For: HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role. Background in education or classroom support. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
