Your Role : The front of house team is currently looking for a passionate Event & Cocktail Waiter/ess to join our family, ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly, whilst making their time with us a memorable one by providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by, friendly, efficient and flawless service throughout their experience. This vacancy sits within our newly opened 'SAMBAROOM' - Our new cocktail bar & private dining room located on the 39th floor of London’s Heron Tower. Your Requirements : The Event & Cocktail Waiter/ess primary responsibilities are to exemplify uncompromising hospitality with courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The Event & Cocktail Waiter/ess takes orders, answers questions about the menu, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, and communicates orders with the kitchen staff while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanour.
