What You'll Be Doing:
* Working through incoming support requests
* Responding to critical incidents
* Collaborating with the wider business to support issues surrounding our systems across the group such as retail and group transformation
* Help maintain and develop our core business systems such as our warehouse management system
* Liaise with third-party technical support teams when necessary
What We're Looking For:
* Ability to effectively identify issues, log them, and communicate with other personnel
* Thoughtful and analytical mindset
* Ability to build upon your existing Linux skills
* Ability to work on complex problems with guidance, alongside our senior Linux system admins
