We are looking for people like you!
If you thrive on providing excellent customer service and have strong ICT skills, excellent organisation skills and a passion for helping people to achieve their potential, then this could be the job for you!
We are seeking to appoint a full-time Customer Information Assistant (37 hours per week) for our Adult Learning and Employability Centre in Goole.

You should have experience of dealing with customers in face-to-face and telephone situations and be confident in your approach. You must be flexible with your working hours and able to work when our adult learning classes are delivered. We do not operate on a termly basis and our programmes are delivered to support people of all ages and abilities.
The post is for 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday with one late night until 7.00pm, to be agreed, with a later start time.
Occasional Saturday morning cover may also be required (additional pay would be made). Additional hours may be available during peak enrolment periods, and you may also be required to work from one of our other adult learning centres on occasions (travel expenses will be paid), so ideally, we are looking for someone who is flexible.
