Description
Permanent contract, 25 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
To be responsible for providing general kitchen duties and serving of food and beverages, so as to ensure the effective and efficient operation of college catering services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Work as part of the Catering Team
* Work with members of the catering team to ensure good standards of service are met for all clients.
* Assist in ensuring good customer service for all staff and students.
2. To assist in the kitchens, counters, laundry, and other associated areas:
* General food preparation and cooking.
* Washing up and general cleaning within the department.
* Ensure all items are packaged, labelled with the correct allergen and date information.
* To assist with the hospitality functions throughout the campus.
* Assist with laundry duties if required.

* Good level of general secondary education.
