Job summary We're looking to appoint two Highly Specialist Respiratory Physiologists, on a permanent basis to provide a high quality, patient focused, efficient Respiratory service within the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust. In addition to supporting the acute sites, the Cardiorespiratory Department will be provding some services at the CDC, Hollinswood House, Stafford Park. This post will assist in supporting all three sites andrequires working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently as a professional. The successful applicant should posses a BSc in Clinical Physiology/Science or equivalent with sufficiant post qualification experience working at Band 6 Senior Physiologist level, in a range of respiratory physiology services to include Full PFT, CPET and LTOT. Band 7 post may be annexed and awarded to a suitable band 6 on completion of set competencies.
